What We Can NOT Prepare?
Because tax forms vary and can be complex, there are forms our volunteers are unable to prepare. Please review the list below of forms we are currently unable to prepare.
All returns prepared by an IRS-tax-law-certified volunteer preparer are quality reviewed by a designated quality reviewer or peer-to-peer reviewer. Prior to signing the tax return, the taxpayer reviews their return for accuracy and is advised that they are solely responsible for the information on their return.
2) REFUND SPEED
Customers at free tax preparation sites get their tax refund just as fast as customers at paid tax preparation sites.
3) VOLUNTEER PREPARERS
Tax prepares at free tax sites are certified by the IRS. Interested to join our team of volunteers? Find out how here!
